 Timeframe Mandate

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders will be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

In rare cases, if your pin code is unserviceable, our team will reach out to you for alternate arrangements.

 Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE on prepaid orders above ₹999.

A flat rate of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹999.

COD (Cash on Delivery) may carry additional charges (if applicable in future).

 Delays & Exceptions

Shipping delays may occur due to natural calamities, high order volumes, or logistics partner issues.

We will keep you informed via email/SMS in case of any major delays.

 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
  • You can use it to track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website.
