🕒 Refund Eligibility (Timeframe Mandate)
You must raise a refund request within 5 days of receiving your order.
After 5 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or return.
✅ Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
Applicable only if:
Wrong item received
Item received in damaged condition
Item was not as described
🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping
In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
If reverse pickup isn’t available at your pin code, you may be asked to self-ship.
In such cases, ₹50-₹100 shipping reimbursement may be provided (with receipt).
💳 Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Once the refund request is approved. The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 09 to 15 business days to the original mode of payment
Refund will be sent via original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card).
