You must initiate a return or replacement request within 5 days of delivery.
After 5 days, no return or replacement requests will be accepted.

Wrong item delivered
Item received in broken/damaged condition
Product not matching description (only for unused items)
7-Day Replacement Policy we offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement policy! We have a 7 Replacement days policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the product is received it will be inspected and the replacement will be approved within 7 days After approving, the product will be deliver to you within 5 working days.
📦 Note: In case of a replacement, we’ll first inspect the returned item before dispatching the new one.

Attach your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue
Our team will respond within 24–48 hrs with next steps
If approved, reverse pickup will be scheduled (if serviceable)
Return We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days
If pickup isn’t available at your address, self-shipping may be required. We’ll guide you through it.
